Refund policy

If Brightfix Plus or Technician is not right for you, email support@getbrightfix.com within 30 days of buying, from the address you bought with, and we will refund you in full. No questions and no forms.

Once refunded, the license stops being valid. Brightfix Home keeps working, free, as before.

If you bought through a checkout where Stripe’s Link is the seller of record, you can also request the refund through Link.
