1. The license

Brightfix Home is free to use on PCs you own or manage for your household. Brightfix Plus may be used on up to 5 PCs in one household. Brightfix Technician is licensed to one named technician for use on any number of PCs that technician services. Licenses are personal and may not be resold or shared outside these limits.

2. Updates

Paid licenses include updates released during the 12 months after purchase and keep working with those versions afterwards.

3. Your responsibilities

Use Brightfix only on PCs you own or are authorized to service, and keep backups of important files. Technicians are responsible for obtaining customer consent.

4. No warranty

Brightfix is provided “as is”. It is designed to preview changes, make restore points and allow undo, but we cannot guarantee it will fix every problem or that no data loss will occur. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
