Your whole bench in one signed app.
Intake with consent, automated repairs, deep diagnostics, and a branded report and invoice at the end. The same careful rules as the home edition: preview first, restore point, undo.
Intake
Customer, problem and three consent ticks. Device details fill in from the PC.
Run a procedure
One preview, one consent screen, one restore point. Then it works unattended.
Report and invoice
Your logo, what was done, before and after, and an invoice from your price list.
The tools shops already use, built in.
Native versions of the jobs you do with a bag of separate utilities, in one app that is signed, updated and safe to run on a customer’s PC.
Jobs and customer reports
Intake with consent, timestamped notes, every run attached automatically, and a branded report the customer can keep.
Estimates and invoices
A price list, labor and parts, tax, approval, invoice numbers and paid status. Export to CSV for your books.
Procedures
Quick check, Standard tune-up, After a virus and Repair Windows built in, plus your own. High risk steps always need your tick.
Everything That Starts
Services, drivers, scheduled tasks, sign-in hooks and WMI subscriptions with signer and plain flags.
What’s Running
Every process with its publisher, command line, services hosted and network connections. Critical processes protected.
Crash and Windows error review
Blue screens and unexpected shutdowns read from the logs and dump headers, matched to the last update.
Drives, drivers and inventory
NVMe and SMART health, a driver inventory with backup before changes, your PC maker’s own update tool when it is installed, and system inventory.
Second opinion scans
Microsoft Defender definitions, quick, full and offline scans from one place, plus the browser hijack check.
Portable USB mode
Run from a stick with records kept per PC on the stick. A summary at exit lists what was left on the customer’s PC.
Built for the way shops work.
- Fewer antivirus surprisesEvery tool is Brightfix’s own and signed. No password or key recovery tools that get flagged in front of a customer.
- Customer data stays privateJob files are encrypted on the PC, logs only name the job number, and Brightfix never opens personal files.
- A command line for automationRun procedures headless for remote management tools. High risk steps refuse to run without an explicit flag.
- The home safety rules still applyPreview, restore point, registry backups and undo on every change, so a rushed day does not become a callback.
Unlimited PCs, everything in Plus, and 12 months of updates. Your license keeps working after that in every version released during those months. No subscription.

Technician questions
How is it licensed?
$99 once per technician, on as many PCs as that technician works on. It includes everything in Plus and 12 months of updates. Nothing renews on its own.
How does the trial work?
Turn on Technician mode in Settings to start 14 days of everything. When it ends, your jobs and invoices stay readable and exportable. Starting new jobs and procedures needs a license.
Does it need internet?
No. Licenses are checked on the PC, and every tool works offline. Only the update check and the Defender definition update go online.
Can I put my shop’s name on reports?
Yes. Add your logo, contact details and footer text once, and every customer report and invoice uses them.
Does it include remote access?
No, on purpose. Scammers abuse remote access, and Brightfix is built to help customers spot it, not add to it.
